Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Beauty by Mishel, we value your time and ours. Please review the following policies carefully.

Nail Appointments (50% Deposit Required)

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all nail appointments.
• Deposits are applied toward your final balance.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require full payment for future bookings.

Makeup Appointments (Full Payment Required)

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
• No-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation without refund, depending on scheduling availability.

Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty services, all services are final sale. No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.

Satisfaction Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the concern. Adjustments may be offered at our discretion.
